Financial Sector Conduct Authority Actuarial Bursary
The Financial Sector Conduct Authority operates a bursary scheme for high-achieving learners who intend to pursue tertiary studies in Actuarial Science. The FSCA states that the bursary can fund students for the duration of their studies, subject to successful examination results. The programme is intended to develop actuarial skills relevant to the financial services sector.
While studying, bursary recipients may be offered vacation work at the FSCA to gain practical workplace experience. After successfully completing their studies, recipients are invited to apply for permanent employment opportunities at the Authority. Applicants should check the current FSCA bursary notice for any additional selection criteria, university requirements and contractual conditions.
The FSCA bursary page confirms the scheme but does not display a current 2027 application window or a closing date. Those dates are therefore left blank and should be confirmed directly with the FSCA.
